Summertime Fun!

A small continuation from the Father's Day post...three little ones who love their Daddy VERY much.
We still enjoy our weekly T-ball games.  Jack does very well and enjoys it very much.
He is waiting to catch the ball...
...and he's off...
...Got it!
 He's comin' home!!
Up to bat...probably his favorite part.
While I was doing something upstairs Jack got all the Halloween costumes out and got everyone dressed up!
I can't get enough of this face!
Where's Jack????
 Peek-a-boo!
On the weekends we've been stopping at the park on the way home from church.  The kids love it and we don't have to go later in the day when it is so hot - WIN-WIN!

Chillin' in their "spider web"
This past week Zack was inducted as our new Rotary President! I am so proud of him.  I think Jack likes telling people "my dad is the president" to which I quickly add "the president of Rotary"!!

Papa was able to come (a few days before Nana) to witness the event!  As Zack was sharing a story about his interest in international service, Rodger couldn't help but interject!  There are always two sides to every story!
Three generations of Pelhams - handsome group if I don't say so myself.
Papa was able to come to a T-ball practice....
 ...while Fernie climbed the fence.
 Papa read LOTS of books!
 Where's Liney???
 There she is!
The kids and I were on a walk and I thought this was such a good photo op - that is our state capitol in the background.
Nana arrived and hit the ground running!
Nana didn't come empty handed - smile!
The 4th of July parade is always a hit!
 Our patriotic son!

This little one loves her slide.
Jack takes his T-ball very seriously.

We ALWAYS have time to read with Dad.
I share this picture because when Caroline gets a snack she immediately takes her snack cup and sippy cups and finds a place to sit and eat!
This weekend it was soooo hot - time for the pool!  Throw in a hose and a slide and you have some happy kids.

Only to be topped off with popsicles!
This is a very typical happy "Fernie face"!!
Jack thought it was fun to dump water on his head...Caroline NOT SO MUCH!
Another Sunday trip to the park.

 Fernie trying to escape Daddy!
