Jumpin' Jack

Another fun week for Jack! He is one busy boy…he is becoming more interested in his surroundings. In the beginning he didn’t really care for the pacifier but now he’s hooked. This morning I called to schedule his 6 month appointment…so hard to believe. He is a great napper, he naps at 9:00am and 1:00pm.

He has all these toys and he LOVES my watch!

A growing boy

Our little guy is getting bigger every day, we can tell he is going to be a busybody! Jack still likes his playmat although he likes it better when he stands beside it and plays with his toys while he is standing! He is becoming quite the little social butterfly. He loves to be out and about…sometimes in the afternoon he gets a little fussy (I think he is bored with me!) and I take him somewhere with people and he is happy as can be.

Jack has the cutest smiles, we get the biggest smile when he wakes up in the morning!
He likes to sit...he can sit for about 5-10 seconds until he tips over.
We thought he was ready for the Johnny Jumper because he jumps in his Baby Einstein. We put him in it and he just stood there looking at us like "OK now what?!" We tried to get him to put his arms out but he just wouldn't. So finally we put a toy in front of him and that changed things :)

When we get ready in the morning, we lay him on our bed. This particular morning I picked him up only to find that he had messed his pants and it was all over the comforter. No wonder he was so happy!!

He LOVES his playmat and when he gets excited he kicks very hard. He kicked so hard the mat fell over and surprised him a bit. I had to run and get the camera so I could show Zack when he got home.

I will leave you with one final video. As I mentioned before, when he gets excited he kicks very hard. We know we he getting too big for the chair but he loves it!! Enjoy :)
