We ended our July by celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary!
We were invited to a friend's cabin for the day. The kids had a blast!

This summer we decided to spend a week at a lake resort. We all had a great time, it was very relaxing and enjoyable. And as an extension of their 50th wedding anniversary, my parents joined us!
They swam EVERY morning for at least two hours. Zack was a trooper to take them swimming every morning while I stayed at the cabin so Evan could sleep.
The beach was lots of fun too!

This big guy is loved by all. At his 4 month checkup he weighed 18.6 pounds and was 27 inches long!!!
Zack's annual work picnic is always a treat for the kids.

The day I dreaded all summer finally arrived...the first day of school. As you can see, both kids were very excited to go...Mama had a harder time.
