Snow, Santa and Silliness

This might just be my way of surviving a trip to Target...
Our little man can't get enough of the snow and the outside.  He dresses VERY warm and heads out with Zack every chance he gets.
 He even helps sometimes!
Future medical student?!? Hopefully by then she will be more interested in wearing clothes and not just her diaper and onesie (which she just figured out how to unsnap yesterday!).
We took the kids to the annual Rotary Christmas party.  They enjoyed the singing and program...
Then Santa came along.  Jack was thrilled and Fernie couldn't get off daddy's lap fast enough!!
I love how Fernie is trying to avoid looking at Santa while he is talking to Jack!   She wanted NOTHING to do with him.
First Jack took a picture with Santa...
 Then we added Fernie...and daddy!
Jack has been making snowballs like crazy with his new snowball maker...what will they think of next??
Jack had his preschool Christmas program this week.  He enjoyed showing Dad around his room.  First stop:  Book section!
Second stop:  Frog terrarium... Dad is very impressed with the magnifying glass!
Little Fernie is always up to something!  She DOES like wearing hats.
Jack attended his first basketball game of the season.  I'm pretty sure he would spend the entire time at the concession stand if we would let him.  I only take him before the game and after half time!  He first wanted a "sucker nuk"...I had no idea what that was until he pointed it out.  A RING POP!
Jack thinks this would be a good Christmas present!
Still awaiting the arrival of Baby Girl!  Jack is sure she will be arriving on Christmas Day. He told me "the baby will be born Christmas Day, I will put on my clothes as fast as I can, run downstairs, hop over the gate (Christmas tree is gated off) and open all my presents with the new baby!"
We are all very excited to meet our new little girl!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
